  • 350ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 pot vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp porridge oats heaped
  • 100g berries (fresh or frozen)

  • Whizz in a blender and serve in tall glasses – decorate with slices of fresh fruit
