Mint Protein Smoothie
Try this super delish mint protein smoothie! It provides a whopping 43% of a woman’s, and 35% of a man’s daily protein requirements.
Ingredients
- 30g frozen banana
- 30g spinach
- 30g frozen cauliflower
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp cashew or almond butter
- 100g Greek style yogurt
- 150ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- ¼ tsp mint extract or 5-6 mint leaves
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to ahigh-speed blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy immediately.
