Ingredients
  

  • 250g plain Greek style yogurt
  • 50g smooth peanut butter
  • 50g chocolate chips/chopped chocolate chunks
  • 25g dark brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
  • Stir well until everything is well combined and there are no clumps.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for a chilled treat.

Notes

Serve with granola of choice/or dip for fresh fruit. Optional toppings: fresh fruit, crushed cookies or crumbled brownie.
