Breakfast parfait

Try this healthy breakfast treat with or without the addition of delicious creamy custard!
Course Breakfast
Servings 4 people

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup berry flavoured (or natural) yogurt
  • 1 1⁄4 cup granola
  • 1 cup custard
  • 300 g mixed berries
  • 1 mango peeled and chopped
  • 1 half cup toasted slivered almonds

Instructions
 

  • Layer half the ingredients in the order listed, into 4 glass tumblers.
  • Layer the remaining ingredients into the glasses to form two layers.
  • Serve immediately!
