Christmas tree cheese dip

This fun cheese dip is a must for your Christmas party spread. Made with the unmistakeable flavours of Stilton and goat’s cheese, and shaped like a Christmas tree. Perfect for the season!

Ingredients
  

Dip

  • 600g cream cheese
  • 180g goat's cheese
  • 300g Stilton cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped

Decoration

  • Small bunch of freshly chopped flatleaf parsley or coriander
  • 100g breadsticks, broken into 4cm pieces
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 200g pecan nuts
  • 1 thick slice Cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • STEP 1 Using a food processer or hand blender, process the cream cheese, goat’s cheese and two thirds of the Stilton with the garlic until smooth. Crumble the remaining Stilton and stir into the mixture. Transfer to a freezer-safe dish and place in the freezer for30 min.
  • STEP 2 Remove the cheese mixture from the freezer and shape into a cone. Gently press the chopped herbs into the cheese cone, then decorate with the breadsticks, tomatoes and pecan nuts to look like a decorated Christmas tree.
  • STEP 3 Use a small star-shaped cookie cutter or cut out a star shape from the slice of Cheddar cheese and use to top the Christmas tree. Serve with crackers.
