Try this delicious fruit milkshake after exercise or as a healthy add-on to breakfast.
- 3 tbsp mixed fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc.)
- ½ tsp honey
- A large glass of milk
- Place the berries, honey and milk into a blender
- Whizz until smooth
- Pour the Milkshake into your shaker or glass
- Add more milk or strain if needed
