Fruit milkshake

Try this delicious fruit milkshake after exercise or as a healthy add-on to breakfast.

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp mixed fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc.)
  • ½ tsp honey
  • A large glass of milk

Instructions
 

  • Place the berries, honey and milk into a blender
  • Whizz until smooth
  • Pour the Milkshake into your shaker or glass
  • Add more milk or strain if needed
