Mango maple smoothie
This delicious smoothie is easy to prepare and requires just 3 simple ingredients: a mango, semi-skimmed milk and maple syrup. Perfect for summer parties or as a refreshing treat any time. Fresh or canned mangos can be used. Using dairy foods in your cooking is a great way to get key nutrients like calcium and protein into your meals.
- 250 ml semi–skimmed milk
- 1 mango peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Pour into tall chilled glasses and serve.
