Mint iced coffee
This mint iced coffee is unlike anything you've ever had before! It's refreshing, creamy, and so delicious. Infused with fresh mint and served over ice with milk, it’s the perfect pick-me-up.
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 20 Mint leaves
- 2 Cups of brewed coffee
- 1 pint Milk, use as desired
- Place 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 10 mint leaves in the bottom of a glass. Using a wooden spoon or other instrument, muddle the sugar and mint leaves together to bring out the oils in the mint.
- Pour the hot coffee over the mint and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add ice and desired amount of milk.
