Mint protein smoothie

Try this super delish mint protein smoothie! It provides a whopping 43% of a woman’s, and 35% of a man’s daily protein requirements.

Ingredients
  

  • 30g frozen banana
  • 30g spinach
  • 30g frozen cauliflower
  • 2tsp honey
  • 1tbsp cashew or almond butter
  • 100g Greek style yogurt
  • 150mls semi-skimmed milk
  • 1tbsp flax seeds
  • 1tbsp cacao nibs
  • ¼tsp mint extract or 5-6 mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to ahigh-speed blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy immediately.
