This smoothie will quickly become your new favourite! It’s sweetened with tropical fruits and contains protein-rich milk and yogurt, providing 28% of a woman’s daily protein needs.

Ingredients
  

  • 30g frozen pineapple
  • 30g frozen mango
  • 30g frozen banana
  • 1-2tbsp coconut flakes
  • 100g Greek style yogurt
  • 150mls milk
  • 30g spinach

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to ahigh-speed blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy immediately.
