Peanut butter power smoothie
Try this peanut butter smoothie post-exercise or whenever you need a peanut butter fix. So good!

Ingredients
- 1½ tbsp peanut butter
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 pot (150g) vanilla yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
