Retro peppermint strawberry shake
Using dairy foods in your cooking is a great way to get key nutrients like calcium and protein into your meals.
- 3 strawberries hulled and thinly sliced
- 125 ml semi–skimmed milk
- 125 ml vanilla yogurt
- 1-2 drops green food colouring
- 1 drop peppermint essence
- 3 ice cubes
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Pour into tall chilled glasses and serve.
