Retro peppermint strawberry shake

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 3 strawberries hulled and thinly sliced
  • 125 ml semi–skimmed milk
  • 125 ml vanilla yogurt
  • 1-2 drops green food colouring
  • 1 drop peppermint essence
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Pour into tall chilled glasses and serve.
