Salmon bagel with Brie

Salmon on a bed of creamy British Brie and soft cheese for a good source of protein in a bagel of your choice. This yummy bagel recipe packs a tasty punch, is filling, and is easy to make.  Perfect after a gym visit or workout!

Ingredients
  

  • 120 gr smoked salmon, sliced
  • 6 tbsp spreadable low-fat soft cheese
  • 50 gr Brie cheese
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 2 bagels
  • 10 gr Rocket

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese with double cream and Brie. Add in chopped spring garlic.
  • Cut bagels in half.
  • Spread the cheeses on the bottom parts and top with rocket and smoked salmon.
