Salmon bagel with Brie
Salmon on a bed of creamy British Brie and soft cheese for a good source of protein in a bagel of your choice. This yummy bagel recipe packs a tasty punch, is filling, and is easy to make. Perfect after a gym visit or workout!
- 120 gr smoked salmon, sliced
- 6 tbsp spreadable low-fat soft cheese
- 50 gr Brie cheese
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped
- 2 bagels
- 10 gr Rocket
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese with double cream and Brie. Add in chopped spring garlic.
- Cut bagels in half.
- Spread the cheeses on the bottom parts and top with rocket and smoked salmon.
