Dalgona Coffee
This may be the creamiest coffee you’ll ever drink! Warm coffee infused milk topped with a super creamy halo of coffee foam. Heavenly!
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp instant coffee
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp water, boiling
- 1 tbsp double cream
- 250ml whole milk
Instructions
- Mix coffee, sugar, boiling water and double cream in a bowl. Whip until dense and creamy.
- Warm milk and pour it into a glass. Top with 4-5 tablespoons of whipped coffee.
