Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of sliced or halved peaches in juice
  • 150 g pot vanilla yogurt
  • 1 glass of ice cold milk

Instructions
 

  • Drain the peaches
  • Place all the ingredients into a blender
  • Whizz until smooth

Notes

Cook’s tip: Drain and freeze peaches prior to make your shake extra cold!
