Coffee and cream yogurt bowl

Enjoy a delicious breakfast with a fusion of coffee, cream and yogurt. Top it off with granola, blueberries, and bananas to kickstart your day!

Ingredients
  

  • 30 ml espresso coffee
  • 50 ml double cream
  • 40 ml whole milk
  • ½ tsp powdered cinnamon
  • ½ tsp powdered cardamom
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 400 ml yogurt
  • 4 tbsp chocolate granola
  • 4 tbsp blueberries
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, combine espresso coffee with double cream, whole milk, cinnamon and cardamom. Cook for 5-8 minutes at low heat, until slightly denser. Let the mixture cool down.
  • Combine with maple syrup.
  • Serve yoghurt in a bowl and pour in the coffee and cream mixture.
  • Top with fruits, chocolate granola and an extra drizzle of maple syrup.
