Coffee and cream yogurt bowl
Enjoy a delicious breakfast with a fusion of coffee, cream and yogurt. Top it off with granola, blueberries, and bananas to kickstart your day!
- 30 ml espresso coffee
- 50 ml double cream
- 40 ml whole milk
- ½ tsp powdered cinnamon
- ½ tsp powdered cardamom
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 400 ml yogurt
- 4 tbsp chocolate granola
- 4 tbsp blueberries
- 2 bananas, sliced
In a pan, combine espresso coffee with double cream, whole milk, cinnamon and cardamom. Cook for 5-8 minutes at low heat, until slightly denser. Let the mixture cool down.
Combine with maple syrup.
Serve yoghurt in a bowl and pour in the coffee and cream mixture.
Top with fruits, chocolate granola and an extra drizzle of maple syrup.
