Chocolate Nests

A fun and indulgent Easter treat that's perfect for kids. Quick to make and filled with tasty chocolate eggs, they're sure to be a hit with the whole family!

Ingredients
  

  • 70gr butter
  • 180gr milk chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 120gr shredded coconut
  • 150ml whipped or extra thick cream
  • 16 mini chocolate eggs

Instructions
 

  • On a low heat, melt the butter with the milk chocolate in the microwave or on the hob until smooth.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix the shredded coconut with the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
  • Cover a tray with baking paper.
  • Scoop portions of the chocolate coconut mix and form 8 little nests. Place them on top of the baking paper.
  • Chill in the fridge for 1 hour until the nests are set.
  • Fill with 1-2 tsps of cream.
  • Top with mini chocolate Easter eggs.
