Chocolate Nests
A fun and indulgent Easter treat that's perfect for kids. Quick to make and filled with tasty chocolate eggs, they're sure to be a hit with the whole family!

- 70gr butter
- 180gr milk chocolate, broken into pieces
- 120gr shredded coconut
- 150ml whipped or extra thick cream
- 16 mini chocolate eggs
On a low heat, melt the butter with the milk chocolate in the microwave or on the hob until smooth.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the shredded coconut with the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
Cover a tray with baking paper.
Scoop portions of the chocolate coconut mix and form 8 little nests. Place them on top of the baking paper.
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour until the nests are set.
Fill with 1-2 tsps of cream.
Top with mini chocolate Easter eggs.
