Ingredients
250g
plain Greek style yogurt
50g
smooth peanut butter
50g
chocolate chips/chopped chocolate chunks
25g
dark brown sugar
½
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
Stir well until everything is well combined and there are no clumps.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for a chilled treat.
Notes
Serve with granola of choice/or dip for fresh fruit. Optional toppings: fresh fruit, crushed cookies or crumbled brownie.
