Salmon Bagel with Brie
Salmon on a bed of creamy British Brie and soft cheese for a good source of protein in a bagel of your choice. This yummy bagel recipe packs a tasty punch, is filling, and is easy to make. Perfect after a gym visit or workout!
- 120g smoked salmon, sliced
- 6 tbsp spreadable low-fat soft cheese
- 50g Brie cheese
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped
- 2 bagels
- 10g Rocket
In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese with double cream and Brie. Add in chopped spring garlic.
Cut bagels in half.
Spread the cheeses on the bottom parts and top with rocket and smoked salmon.
